The main bus stop/station area in Keswick is next to Booths supermarket. From there walk towards Podgy Paws, right at the mini roundabout, then cross the road and go up Stanger Street to the end. Turn right and go over the metal foot bridge over the river into Fitz Park.
The following are some of the car parks which are handy for Fitz Park - Football Club in the Hospital Field (Crosthwaite Road, near the hospital), Pencil Museum (Southey Industrial Estate CA12 5NG), Rawnsley Centre (Main Street, CA12 5NP), Keswick Rugby Club. If parking at Pencil Museum, Rawnsley Centre or Rugby Club, walk towards town centre, turn first left onto Stanger Street, walk up to the top and turn right then cross the foot bridge over the river and into Fitz Park.
Fitz Park is in the centre of Keswick, near the Leisure Pool and the Keswick Country House Hotel. Parking on the road side next to the park is a disk area and restricted to 1 hour. Fitz Park is next to a river and there is an access point to the water where dogs can cool down if necessary.
